We value the contribution of our whole team, and especially the individual contributions made.
Starting in the academy and carried on through out their term of employment with Segais, all team members have a 1-2-1.
The 1-2-1 is an expansion of their Life Plan. The 1-2-1’s are done every 4 weeks and an hour is given over to this meeting. Their 1-2-1 is divided into 2 main segments, with sub divisions.
"This is the team members’ time, their opportunity to discuss any and all matters of concern or interest to them.
We take this opportunity to praise them on their achievements of the previous 4 weeks; we affirm the things they are doing well.
This is tied into our ‘catch them doing something right’ approach;
when during the 4 week period we verbally acknowledge all the things we see them doing well, instant praise.
