Covid-Safety Measures at Segais Hairdressers & Beauty Salon in Wantage
UPDATE 19th July 2021
The health and safety of our clients and team is always our top priority at Segais. Following the Government’s decision to relax Covid restrictions in England, we have decided that at our Wantage salon we will continue with our existing measures to prevent the spread of Covid.
We request that all clients wear a mask whilst in the salon. If you have any concerns about either wearing a mask or not, please call the salon to discuss as special arrangements can be made.
Our team will continue to wear appropriate PPE.
Before you arrive
Before you arrive we will send a consultation form by email for you to complete to make it easier in the salon. You will also get your text reminder as before.
Please contact us immediately to re-arrange your appointment if you, or anyone you live with, is self-isolating or is displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
In Wantage we will be reverting back to using the door opposite Kings Walk only.
When you arrive there will be hand sanitiser available for you to use. Please wait to be greeted if necessary, standing at least 2 metres from anyone else as indicated with tape on the floor.
Could you please arrive alone and if you have a jacket please bring a bag to pop it in during your appointment.
During your appointment
We will be sanitising each area before every client including all equipment too.
While you are in the salon our receptionist will ask if you would like to arrange a future appointment, so when you leave only collecting any products and payment is required.
Please pay by card as we are a cashless salon.
We thank you all for your ongoing support and loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon.
If you have any concerns or would like to discuss and of these issues further, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
