Meet Charlotte who has been owner and partner in Segais Hair & Beauty since 2000. She has been in the hair and beauty industry for 25 years and is looking forward to building a fantastic business with her amazing team.
Which hair style do you absolutely love doing? I love creating new looks for people that suit their hair, face shape and lifestyle and that they can manage themselves at home. I enjoy solving colour problems whether changing the colour or helping to maintain it.
What do you love about your job? Making people feel better through their looks and their experience whilst in the chair.
Which celebrity hair would you like to get your hands on? Sarah Beeney. I have never seen anyone have so many bad hair days on TV. I would cut and colour it to give volume and cut it into a chic short bob.
Who or what inspires you? My team inspire me with their fresh ideas and great hairdressing.
Which three hair products would you take with you if stranded on a desert island? Paul Mitchell Freeze and Shine, Paul Mitchell Extra Body Daily Boost and Joico K-Pak shampoo.
What is your ultimate ambition? To build a hair and beauty business which gets better every day whether I am there or not.
