Had a top up on regrowth. Colour is great but the blow dry was turned under instead of flicked up. Otherwise would have scored 5 star.

Model for Ellie. Completely Transformed with hair colour, top quality hair conditioning, cut professionally styled, Dry and sttaighted using high quality products. perfection. All the senior staff supported Ellie where she needed reassurance. Professional, kind, patient, friendly members of staff. They all work so well together, like a family and great working ethics. Some of the team have been working there for 30 years. As you enter the reception it is so beautiful, warm and beautifully decorated. The ladies are just lovely and welcoming. As they led me into the Salon I was just im ore and amazed at how they have managed to bring the inside outside with an entire glass show case across the back drop wall with a thai type setting, with plants and much more. The Salon clean, spacious, modern with character. I was offered to come in to be Ellie's model as she is completing her colouring model of her course. I suffer from social anxiety and well it's not only been years since I had my hair done but also this was difficult but necessary step of my recovery. I don't go anywhere without my dogs so to my surprise Ellie welcomed my youngest 8mth puppy accompany me. (Soon to be my therapy dog ). I was amazed how chilled out the staff were with my dog coming into the Salon, even more impressed that they have the most gorgeous garden to sit out in whilst you need to wait for your colour to take. Ellie reassured me before the appointment, explaining that all the staff knew i was coming into town on my own with my dog for the first time in years. Ellie was so lovely, down to earth. I felt comfortable the entire time. All the other staff were also extremely sweet towards myself and my dog. My hair was an absolute mess but Ellie transformed my hair completely. It looked and felt great. It was damaged badly so we decided to cut a great deal of length off. Now it easier to manage and I am so relieved to fell him an again. So grateful to Ellie and the team for accepting me as a model, for making me and my puppy feel so at ease. It's been a few weeks since and plenty of rain but finally on Saturday night I went out to have a quiet drink with a friend. Lots of comments on how well I was looking by aquaintences and my friend. I would highly recommend Segais Hair design and their beautian and makeup artist comes highly recommended. Absolutely Absolutely lovely lady. Again a massive thank you to Ellie. I am so happy with my hair and appreciate your hard work and meticulous attention to detail. . Super 5* all the way

When I worked in London I used to get my hair cut in an upmarket salon in the West End. When i relocated to work in my own office in Wantage I asked a colleague for a local recommendation. He suggested Segais. 15 years later and I haven't been anywhere else. Nor will I.

A friend and I had the afternoon spa visit and it was fantastic! We were so well looked after and left feeling revitalised and relaxed, the treatments were amazing and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Lady that did my wax today(sorry, can’t remember her name)……what a fabulous person. Put me at my ease and we had a lovely chat. Didn’t feel a thing. What a star!

Exceptional !!Due to health reasons I was left with very tricky hair which I thought could never be sorted !! Charlotte did a fantastic job to rescue me with brilliant results. She was extremely professional and very kind and took a lot of time to understand and explain what she would be doing.This was exceptional skill and service.Do not go anywhere else !!

Love coming to Segais to having a very warm welcome , spotlessly clean salon seeing my favourite stylist come away with head held high .

I'm new to Wantage and booked Segais at random, and so glad I did. Lovely clean and bright salon and Chloe gave me a great haircut. I've already booked back in for the next one.

As always a treat go and be pampered by Lizzie. She does wonders with my hair and I leave feeling like I have been thoroughly spoilt. X

Segias Didcot - Sophie As always i'm lost for words, I've been having my hair done here since I had a bad experience a few years ago and have always been thrilled with Sophies work, but its more than that I always feel so relaxed and welcome. I recently decided on extensions and Sophie has walked me through every step of the process including aftercare and i'm thrilled with the result, the colour match is ridiculously perfect. Thanks as always and i'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Saw Carrie at Didcot Salon. As always left with an amazing haircut. She always gives me hints and tips on how to style my hair. Carrie is an amazing stylist.

Today I had a make up lesson with Carole at the Didcot Salon. Carole was amazing she was kind and patient with me as I had not worn makeup for along time. She was so knowledgeable and gave me so much information and tips on how to correct my imperfections and recommended products that would help. So happy with the results. Thanks Carole. ?
