Colour Melt Hair Colour
Colour melting is a popular hair colour trend that involves stylists creating a gradual blend of colour from root to tip. Using this technique melts the colours into each other so you can't tell where one starts and the other ends.
To create a popular lived-in look, a subtle transition between lighter highlights, or a blonde balayage, is ‘melted’ with the root colour. This creates softer, less obvious lines of demarcation which you can sometimes get from traditional foil highlights.
